Artwork is listed with as much detail and clarity as possible and each package is handled with utmost care. Thus, all sales are final. If you feel you have damages or an extenuating circumstance, please reach out within 2 business days of delivery. We are happy to help.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our shipping packaging is made tough and capable of surviving shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print or product arrives with any kind of damage, please reach out within 2 business days and I will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. Please send an email with clear images/photos of the shipping package, damages, print/product as well as your name, the order number, and a description of the damage, and I will get the replacement arranged for you right away. (See shipping info below)

Shipping Info

Shipping time depends on your location.

CANVAS PRINTS: All our canvas prints are custom made-to-order and printed with care for our customers and can take 3 to 10 days for production. After production of your order, shipping can take between 4 to 9 business days (Standard Shipping)

TEES, MUGS and GIFTS: All our t-shirts, mugs and other gift products are custom made-to-order and manufactured/printed with care for our customers and can take 5 to 7 days for production. After production of your order, shipping can take between 4 to 9 business days (Standard Shipping).

Please note: The Holiday period between Nov 1st through December 31st, production and shipping will take longer than stated above. Please note Holiday event notices on our home page.

 

Can I select a preferred shipping carrier?

We do not have an option to select a preferred carrier when placing an order.* All orders $75 and over ship for free (Standard Shipping) in the continental United States.

 

Orders under $75 are charged a flat $8.99 shipping fee and are Standard Shipping.
